Every year people celebrate Daffodil Day: a day where people support others who have cancer.  Along with a gold coin donation, you can buy $1 material daffodils and then all donations go to the Cancer society! The Cancer society also sells sunscreen for funds.  Local people including schools, clubs, work places and also supermarkets support them!  Schools such as  Renwick also encourage pupils to wear as much yellow as possible for "that extra bit of support"!  So, on Friday the 30th of August, remember to bring  a gold coin donation and wear some YELLOW!
